Until informed by our Bishop,
St. Timothy’s facilities are closed for all onsite worship services and meetings.
In consultation with public health authorities, clergy and lay leaders, the Diocese of NC has directed all parishes, including St. Timothy’s, to suspend all in person worship and meetings in church facilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, no Sunday worship or meetings will be held during this time.
Based on the guidelines of the Diocese during reopening stage 1B of the Coronavirus pandemic in NC, and in compliance with the state and CDC guidelines, Fr. Jim and the Vestry ask that you follow these rules so that we can do our part to protect ourselves and others from becoming infected and spreading the virus. When Wilson County reaches a 14-day rolling average of Covid-19 cases at 6.5% or below, we can move into Stage B. Stage B allows us to hold indoor worship of up to 50 participants.
