Children and Youth
Sunday School
We offer formation opportunities for children from birth to fifth grade on Sunday mornings from 9:30am to 10:15am Children ages birth to two are cared for in our nursery by experienced, skilled childcare workers. Three and four-year old's meet in the nursery and are taught with the Frolic curriculum from Sparkhouse. Children in Kindergarten through second second grade meet upstairs and are taught using Godly Play. Children in third through fifth grade also meet upstairs and taught using the Whirl curriculum from Sparkhouse.
The Children's Chapel
Every Sunday morning throughout the entire year, children are invited upstairs to our Children's Chapel for a kids-oriented worship service. Children ages K-5th grade are invited during service to join the priest for a prayer, then they are sent upstairs for a lesson. We light candles, read scripture, and pray before we do a craft or activity together. Children are then escorted downstairs for communion.
Nursery
Children from birth to four years old are welcome to join adults in the sanctuary for church, but the nursery is open during the entire service for your convenience. The nursery is staffed every Sunday morning with two skilled child care workers who love taking care of children.
